Landlord's intention is to rent the home out long term, but he will only sign a one year lease to begin with to make sure that there are no problems with the tenant. Landlord owns the plumbing company across the street. He reserves the right to park his equipment on the rear of the driveway. A new driveway is being installed mid-July that will go to the back of the property. Tenant can park in driveway, but might have to move car on occasion. Tenantcan park on street in front of the home and in Landlord owned parking across the street. Tenant is responsible for lawn care.
